Just in case anyone is interested in the slightest...
My name is Rob and I live in the great / awful (delete as applicable) city that is Stoke On Trent where I work in the theatre. I have been a Doctor Who fan since 1973 and grew up watching Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker. I have a special fondness for the Sixth Doctor and Colin Baker ever since my first viewing of "The Twin Dilemma" and have followed no. 6 through his all too short TV reign and onto his wonderful revival with Big Finish. My admiration for Colin Baker stems from seeing him in many, many theatre productions over the past 20 years and enjoying his delightful company on more than one occasion. He is for me a hugely under-rated actor, wit, racconteur and all round good egg. We don't see enough of him on TV and I can't think why. Hopefully this website will redress the balance in his favour a tiny little bit.
If anyone has any comments to make or can help with images / DVDs of past TV appearances etc. or would like to contribute a TV / stage review of Colin's work then please feel free to contact me.

I have lots of other interests apart from Who of course including folk music, old variety comics, history - just ask and I'll tell you !!! Oh and look out in 2009 for my book on the Perry and Croft classic series Hi-de-Hi! and You Rang, M'Lord ? being co-written with Mike Fury. To keep update with this project please CLICK HERE
I am involved as a producer with a theatre company called Scrapbooks Productions and one of my proudest achievements is presenting for only the second time in the UK John Misto's award-winning play The Shoe-Horn Sonata. We plan to stage another of John Misto's plays in 2009.

This is me back in 1989 (when youth was on my side) with a certain gentleman of questionable fashion sense...

I continued to haunt Colin at theatres everywhere...
More recently I joined the good, the bad and the... unemployed (phew) in LA at the Gallifrey 2007 convention. Despite suffering a horrible flu and chest infection I managed to have a great time.

Geoffrey Beevers - me - Caroline John
Colin Baker - Maggie Stables - Terry Molloy

2008 and still stalking him... poor man...!
"OK, if you are not Colin then who the bloody hell are you ?" 2005 with the legendary Tom Baker

Fancying myself as The Crowman with Jon Pertwee !
Me and my old friend Maggie Kirkpatrick - she was once The Freak in Prisoner Cell Block H but now she's an award winning stage actress. She's one of my dearest friends.
